Stamp Mark

Sometimes, in order to distinguish the information of parts such as serials number or model, the instructions of stamp mark will be shown on the drawing.

Now, let us introduce the way of stamp mark for your kind reference. In general, there are four ways of stamp mark.

 1. hand engraving

 The shape and size of fonts will be different according to different lettering person.

Because it is manual, the appearance of part is not very good.
If there is no requirement for appearance, and it does not affect parts to use, just in order to distinguish, usually only use this way.
Not only convenient but also very cheap.

2. Engraving

Because it needs a lot of force to processing on the parts, so the precision of part is not recommended to use this way of stamp.

The part which is Large, not easy to be deformed and the accuracy is not high could use this way of stamp.

Because of manual operation, some fonts could not be very beautiful arrangement.

3.Mechanical engraving

Mechanical engraving is through the system programming, the machine automatically stamp.

The shape and size of fonts will be set freely, and the appearance of parts is very good.

But it needs fixed parts, and 2 times finishing of grinding and chamfering.

For using tool depends on the shape and size of fonts.

It’s easy to be deformed in contacting process. If the tolerance of part is strict, it is recommended to use laser cutting.

4. Laser engraving

The shape and size of fonts could be set by program. No matter what kind of shape, the place where needs to be stamped will be very nice. No need to touch the part or fixed parts to process, also no need 2 times grinding and chamfering. At the same time, the part with small fonts and the tolerance strictly will be produced, and the appearance of part will be very good.
